Receiving a Payment Request

Example - You are going on a tour with Ski Aspen and have to make payment of USD 2000.00.

Payment Request Notification

  1. You will receive an email which advises you of the details of the payment request
  2. If you have an account with Forex Worldwide then it will contain a link to log in to our secure web portal to make payment
  3. If you do not yet have an account, it will direct you to the registration page.

Payment Request

  1. Once you log in to the portal you will see a notification at the top of the page.
  2. This will contain details of the payment request



  1. The Payment Request notification may also contain a link to an invoice



Making Payment

  1. Clicking on the button "Pay Invoice Now" will create a transfer request
  2. This will allow you to make payment from a currency of your choosing, to the required currency.
  3. The payment request will automatically fill in the required information


  1. If you are happy with the rate obtained then you can simply hit "Proceed" to confirm
  2. This will bring up a confirmation where you should read carefully to confirm the details


Processing the FX Transfer

  1. Once you proceed with the transfer you will receive an email which contains information about making payment of your selected currency
  2. The email will contain details of the FX Transfer
  3. And it will also contain information about paying your selected currency
  4. Once we receive your currency, then payment will be made towards the requested invoice
